Closes #16.

The event thumbnail in /admin/events is now an uploader. Click it to pick a file, or drop an image onto it. It uses the shared useUpload, UploadOverlay and UploadError, so it compresses images, shows progress and reports errors the same way as the other editors.
The "Image path" field is still there for linking an existing image. After an upload it fills in with the new path.
The broken-image fallback moved into the uploader, which removed the per-row imageError state.

Verified locally: type-check passes. On /admin/events I uploaded a JPEG through the file input. The path field updated to /api/images/city-skyline.jpg and the preview rendered. The event validation only requires a non-empty string, so the uploaded path saves.

The event thumbnail is now a click-or-drop uploader built on the shared
useUpload hook, matching the other admin editors. The image path field
stays as a fallback for linking an existing image.
