The events editor only has an "Image path" text field, so an admin cannot upload a new image — they can only link to one that already exists. The other editors (About, Contact, Products, Homepage) already use the shared useUpload uploader with click-to-pick and drag-and-drop.

Make the event thumbnail an uploader like the others, and keep the path field as a fallback.
