Closes #48.

The brokers panel on a product page now goes two to a row from two brokers (was three). BROKERS_STACKED_MAX 2 → 1; comments updated. One broker stays full width; phones under 560px still stack.

Walkthrough

Story: as a visitor on a product page with two brokers, I see both on one row.
Driven locally (npm run dev) at /products/claims-services, 1440px: Derrick Lloyd and Kieran Harris render side by side in the panel. Also affects Financial Lines and Healthcare.
Reference: matches the existing three-plus layout on Property.

QA Execution

2026-10-15: tsc --noEmit clean; Playwright screenshot of .bb-brokers on claims-services at 1440px and 390px (stacked on phone, as intended).
