Closes #31.

New optional startDate (YYYY-MM-DD) on events, set in the editor; public and admin event lists sort by it. Older events fall back to the date label; undated ones go last. Additive schema change, no migration needed.
Closing quote mark on homepage People quotes and the About quote.
<html lang="en-GB">; admin/public style tweaks.

Verified: rebased on main, tsc --noEmit and next build pass.

feat: sort events by date, closing quote marks, en-GB (#31 ) 82f5eefee6

Events get a start date that drives listing order on the public and admin
pages; older events fall back to their date label. Quotes on the homepage
and About page get a closing mark.
