/admin/news crashed on first visit in prod: with no saved articles it seeds the defaults, and three defaults have no photo while the model required image, so the seed threw a ValidationError. image is now optional (default '') in the model and the admin validation. The public site already renders these articles without a photo.

fix: admin news page no longer crashes when seeding defaults 6f218ee738

Three default articles have no photo, but the model required an image,
so the first-visit seed on /admin/news threw a ValidationError.
